Top Armor Roofing owner and founder John Condon

Owner and Founder of Top Armor Roofing Inc since 2016 – John has been a part of the Thousand Oaks community for over 50 years and has been hands on roofing for over 35 years. Starting as a teenager doing labor for multiple roofing crews, and quickly becoming a crew lead and supervisor as he learned the ins and outs of the trade.

Top Armor has built a great team and John takes the utmost pride in being a great mentor to his employees – treating them like family. He knows that employees who have pride in their company will show that in the craftsmanship of the work they do each day. The foundation of Top Armor is built on integrity, honesty and hard work. Each job is given the same attention to detail. That level of commitment is reflected in each project. John finds great joy each day as he works with new customers and interacts with the teams on Top Armor’s various job sites.
